Service Description

Intuitive bodywork with sound therapy including tuning forks, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and other instruments, breath-work, meditation, aroma touch and more... This is a on/off the body treatment and may include essential oils. These sessions include 20-30 minutes consultation followed by hands on healing. To complete the healing session and to ground, you'll be offered some herbal tea, refreshments and time for sharing. Please allow this healing session to be followed by quiet time to integrate what may arise. Try to refrain from jumping back into a busy/noisy environment. 6 out of many benefits of sound therapy: 1. It's super-relaxing Deep relaxation is one of the most significant and universal benefits of sound therapy. The sounds permeate our system returning it back to harmony. So if you take nothing else away from a sound therapy session, relaxation on its own is worth it. With our busy schedules and so much going on in the world, we can all use some chill vibes. 2. It helps clears energetic blockages Some people experience deep healing during sound therapy as the sound vibrations open, clear, and balance their chakras and release stuck energy. Imagine it like an "energetic deep tissue massage" that leaves you feeling balanced and replenished. 3. It boosts your health That's right—it's not completely woo-woo. Research has already demonstrated that sound healing can be incredibly beneficial when working with a variety of patients. Benefits can include improved sleep, reduction of chronic pain and blood pressure, lowered cholesterol, and a decreased risk of heart disease. (Although, for professional help with these ailments, please see a certified medical practitioner.) 4. It supports mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being It also heals on the mental and emotional levels. Sound therapy helps reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It balances and clears the mind, and leads to a renewed sense of purpose, well-being, calm, and happiness. 5. Non-invasive option to work on meridians If you've heard of acupuncture but are not a fan of needles, tuning forks can literary achieve the same effect on top of many other things as they can be placed on those particular points and their vibrations used to activate those meridians. 6. Pain relief Tuning forks and other sound instruments are highly beneficial for pain relief and can be used on/off the body. Frequency work and Sound therapy is the future of healing. - Albert Einstein
