Learn to use sound/frequency tools

Service Description

An amazing session to learn how to use various frequency sound tools to support your own and loved ones healing journey. No need to spend thousands on courses if you want to use sound as medicine for yourself and loved ones or maybe even add them to your current offerings. What you will learn about: - intro to different instruments and how to use them - notes/intervals and their effects on our body, mind and soul - frequency and its effects on our bodies and surroundings - contraindications - how and when to add all this to your healing journey - how to possibly add all this new knowledge to your existing services (massage, Reiki, beauty therapy etc.) - how to find the best sound tools for your needs These sessions will include: - study/education section to learn the technical side of things - practical section to just play, try and experience various sound tools - sharing, reflecting and Q/A NOTE: This workshop is designed as a 1:1 session and will take about 3hrs. Possibility to offer this as a group workshop. This would be a longer session (about 5hrs including a little break). Depending on numbers this might be held at a different venue than my own healing space (I can hold max 5 people).
