This Pearl Granola Chia Berry Recipe is perfect for a refreshing breakfast, healthy dessert or light dinner!
Loaded with fiber, protein, Omega-3 antioxidants, fatty acids and various micro-nutrients!
Pearl Powder is a nutrient powerhouse. It is a rich source of hard-to-get nutrients like calcium, collagen, magnesium, zinc, amino acids, omega-3 fatty acids, and iron, along with essential trace minerals, antioxidants, and it's a complete protein.
Chia seeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, iron, antioxidants, and calcium.
This recipe takes about 4 hours to set due to the Chia, so, it's best if you make it the previous night.
Ingredients:
1 tsp Pearl Powder
1 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 cups milk of choice
2 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup Vanilla Granola
1/2 cup fresh berries
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine pearl powder, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Mix and cover the bowl and place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
2. When ready to serve, in a glass jar or bowl, layer granola, followed by berries, then the pearl, chia, yogurt mixture.
3. Top with juicy berries or any fruit.
4. Drizzle maple syrup or honey on top.
Note:
Keep leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
