Learn to use Sound/Frequency tools

Service Description

A highly informative and comprehensive session to learn how to use various frequency sound tools to support your own and loved ones healing journey. No need to spend thousands on courses if you want to use sound as medicine for yourself and loved ones and/or add this knowledge to your current offerings/services. What you will learn about: - what is Sound Healing/Sound Therapy? - intro to main instruments used these days and how to use them - notes/intervals and their effects on our body, mind and soul - frequency and its effects on our bodies and surroundings - contraindications - how and when to add all this to your healing journey - how to possibly add all this new knowledge to your existing services (massage, Reiki, beauty therapy etc.) - how to find the best sound tools for your needs These sessions will include: - study/education section to learn the technical side of things - practical section to just play, try and experience various sound tools - sharing, reflecting and Q/A Further Options: 1. This workshop is designed as a 1:1 session and will take about 3hrs (can be done via Zoom) 2. Option to extend to make it like the full course currently available as an online version (includes a Free Equilibrium Chime). 3. Option to have a shorter version if you want to just focus on specific topic and instruments 4. Option to run this as a group workshop. This would be a whole day session. Depending on numbers this might be held at a different venue than my own healing space (I can hold max 5 people).
