My journey in the Health and Wellness industry started in the Fitness world working as a Personal Trainer. Over the years I became more interested in a more holistic approach and transitioned into the Yoga world teaching both in Europe and Australia since the year 2000. Somewhere along the way sound and frequency entered my life and every floating puzzle piece found its way finally creating a complete picture of healing the body, mind and soul.
I integrate Everything I learned over the years to offer a therapy session suitable to the individual wherever they are in the own healing journey...

One-on-One Yoga Therapy
Personalized 1:1 Yoga therapy session that is tailored to your needs and can include: yoga (with hands on adjustments where needed), guided meditation, breath-work (pranayama), kineziological stretching and more...
This is not something you do once, but commit to long term to achieve real change.
Corporate Yoga is specifically designed to assist with optimizing efficiency, maximizing productivity and stress relief in a working environment. All these sessions will include yoga, meditation, breath-work and other techniques suitable to achieve results.
Suitable sound therapy can be added at the end of these sessions.
Equilibrium Bodywork -
Intuitive bodywork is a 1:1 personalized session including sound therapy with Tuning forks, Crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Gong, Chimes, Medicine drum and other instruments, breath-work, meditation, aroma touch etc.
This session includes 20-30 minutes consultation followed by hands on healing.
Equilibrium Sound Bath
Sound bath is the practice for a group of people of being deeply immersed in sounds and vibrations that have the power to cleanse and heal. It is a journey of self-discovery through deep relaxation and meditation. It's a holistic approach to healing as it cleanses our soul and restores our equilibrium.
Sound-healing therapies are effective in not only achieving a state of relaxation but also have a way of moving through blockages in the body.
They're used in medical facilities across the globe to address PTSD, anxiety, sleep challenges, grief, depression, anger, panic attacks, digestive issues, autoimmune disorders, to boost the immune system and more.
Both physical and emotional traumas will be released, our busy minds quietening making us feel vibrant and lively.
Most people feel calm & relaxed for several days following treatment.
